Today you are editing your work to make sure that you have a MS on both parts of the NOTEBOOK milestone.

Here is the rubric that I use to make sure that you are meeting the standard.

Student’s explanation of the unit is extensive and shows connections to other relevant topics.

Student shows a clear understanding of the vocabulary.

Student correctly explains what was learned during the unit.

Student correctly uses the majority of vocabulary words.

Student explains what was learned during the unit with a few misconceptions.

Student uses only a few vocabulary words or misuses vocabulary words.

Student’s explanation has many misconceptions.

Student does not use vocabulary correctly.

  Reflection Paragraph

Student makes more than 5 meaningful connections that show extensive understanding of the content.

Student makes 5 meaningful connections that show understanding of the content.

Student makes less than 5 connections or does not show a complete understanding of the content.

Student shows very little understanding of the content.
