HW #9 Pages 31 & 32 (structure, cell, organelle, chloroplast, stomata)

On pages 31 and 32 in your Science notebook, please write the following words, definitions, a sentence and what the word reminds you of. 

Structure - a specific shape that has a specific purpose

Cell - small structure that makes up living things 

Organelle - a tiny structure within a cell that has a specific job and that helps the cell to work properly

Chloroplast - a structure, more specifically an organelle inside ONLY plant cells, where photosynthesis happens

Stomata - a special cell inside a plant leaf that allows carbon dioxide to go in and oxygen to come out
